MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin and the head of the Zaporozhye region Yevgeny Balitsky signed an agreement on the region’s accession to Russia.
The ceremony took place in the Georgievsky Hall of the Kremlin. It was attended by the heads of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik, as well as the head of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo.
