“All we hear from all sides is: ‘The West is defending an order based on rules.’ Where did they come from? Who even saw these rules? Who coordinated them? Listen, this is just some kind of nonsense. Sheer deception, double or already triple standards. On Russia is a great thousand-year-old power, a country-civilization, and will not live by such rigged rules,” Putin said during his speech in the Kremlin.
