MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. Calls for Muslims to gather for unsanctioned rallies after Friday prayers on Friday September 30 at mosques are a provocation, the Spiritual Administration of Muslims (SUM) of the Russian Federation said in an official statement.
On Thursday, anonymous calls to Muslims appeared on various social networks to hold rallies against partial mobilization after traditional collective prayers in mosques.
“The Spiritual Spiritual Board of the Russian Federation warns believers against violating the laws of the Almighty and the laws of the state in which we live. The Russian Federation is a multi-religious, multi-ethnic secular state of a federal structure. Political slogans, if their target group are representatives of one religion, as well as political movements based on religious difference one from the other are prohibited by law,” the Muslim organization said in an official statement.
The document also notes that various kinds of political and religious slogans and movements can lead to civil disengagement, discord and enmity on the basis of nationality or religion.
“Mistakenly understood religious solidarity is capable of causing irreparable damage to both the Russian ummah and the entire Russian society. We urge you not to violate secular law, not to cross the line of Muslim morality and fear of God,” the document of the Spiritual Spiritual Directorate of the Russian Federation emphasizes.
The press service of the Spiritual Muslim Spiritual Directorate of the Russian Federation told Novosti that the chairman of the Spiritual Muslim Spiritual Directorate of the Russian Federation , Mufti Ravil Gainutdin , instructed to inform believers in all mosques of the country during Friday prayers that these calls on social networks are a provocation.
