EKATERINBURG, September 30 – Novosti. Several projects from the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra became winners of the VI All-Russian competition of initiative budgeting projects at once, Olga Kokorina, head of the Ugra Center for Initiative Budgeting, told Novosti.
1,088 projects implemented in 2021 in 61 regions took part in the VI All-Russian competition of initiative budgeting projects, organized by the Center for Initiative Budgeting NIFI of the Ministry of Finance of Russia , 61 projects from 15 municipalities were submitted from Yugra. As Kokorina explained, at the first stage, 25 projects are selected in 4 categories, then the number of finalists is reduced to three in each category.
“First place in the nomination “The most original project”, which evaluates the novelty and the presence of a creative component as opposed to standard solutions, – the city of Pyt-Yakh , the initiator – Lyudmila Zavadskaya, her project is called “Noah’s Ark Topiary Park”. In the same nomination, we have the third place – the project for the construction of the tourist trail “Humanity” on the territory of the tract “Barsova Gora” in the Surgut region,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
She added that in the nomination “The best project of school and youth initiative budgeting” the second place was taken by the project from the Surgut district of Yugra “ART-coworking”. In addition, according to Kokorina, 9 more projects from the Autonomous Okrug were included in the long list of the 25 best projects in the country.
Winners in all nominations will receive diplomas and a monetary reward of 100,000 rubles for the implementation of future projects. The initiators of the projects that took second and third places in the nominations will receive commemorative diplomas of the finalists of the competition.
