MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. The ruling circles of the West threw off their masks and showed their true insides, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a speech at the signing ceremony of agreements on the entry of new territories into Russia.
“Our compatriots, our brothers and sisters in Ukraine , the native part of our united people saw with their own eyes what the ruling circles of the so-called West are preparing for all of humanity. Here, in fact, they simply dropped their masks, showed their true insides,” Putin said talking about the events in Ukraine.
