MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. The West does not need Russia, but we need it, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The head of state speaks in the Kremlin following the results of referendums in the DPR , LPR , Kherson and Zaporozhye regions .
“They don’t need Russia at all, we need it,” Putin said during his speech.
