MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. The United States of America, by its actions, provoked a colossal surge in migration flows in the world, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“It is precisely with their destructive policy, wars, robbery that they (the United States – ed.) provoked today’s colossal surge in migration flows. Millions of people suffer hardships, bullying, thousands of people die trying to get to the same Europe,” Putin said during a speech at the signing ceremony treaties on the entry into Russia of new territories.
