MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine is ready for dialogue with Russia, but if it has a different president.
Russian President Vladimir Putin , speaking in the Kremlin following the results of referendums in the DPR , LPR , Kherson and Zaporozhye regions , said that Moscow calls on Kiev to immediately stop all hostilities and return to the negotiating table, Russia is ready for them.
“Ukraine has been and remains a leader in negotiating efforts: it was our state that has always offered Russia to agree on coexistence on equal, honest, worthy and fair terms. Obviously, this is impossible with this Russian president … Therefore, we are ready for a dialogue with Russia, but with another president of Russia,” Zelensky said in a video message.
