LUGANSK, December 31 – Novosti. The founder of the Wagner group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, told Novosti that he was celebrating the New Year in the LPR in order to be close to his fighters and support them.
“The guys are here, so you have to celebrate the New Year with them. In St. Petersburg there are plastic Christmas trees, but here everything is real. When the guys come here for the first time, they say: everything is real here,” Prigogine said.
The founder of the group personally met with the fighters, congratulating them on the holiday and wishing them good luck.
